What we collect

• Name, job title, professional email and phone of the account holder;
• Company name, VAT number, registered and delivery address;
• History of purchase intentions and portal usage data (via cookies).

No payment data. The Portal does not collect card numbers, bank details or any financial information. All transactions are handled offline.

Why we use your data

• Account management and portal access — performance of contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• Processing purchase intentions and order preparation — performance of contract;
• Legal obligations (invoicing, tax records) — legal obligation (art. 6(1)(c));
• B2B commercial communications — legitimate interest or consent (art. 6(1)(f));
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest.

Data sharing & retention

We share data only with trusted processors (hosting, CRM, email delivery) under GDPR-compliant contracts. We do not sell or rent personal data. Retention periods: account data 5 years post-relationship; order history 10 years; security logs 12 months.
